Penningtons Manches will be presenting an overview of the role and responsibilities of directors and what practical steps directors should be considering to protect themselves when taking on the role.

Date & time: 12 October 2017, 12pm – 2pm

The workshop will be principally aimed at those individuals who are new to the role, but will also act as a refresher for more experienced directors.  The overview will include a summary of directors’ duties as defined by company law legislation and best practice guidelines as recommended by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
