Ohoo!, the edible packaging developed by Imperial spinout Skipping Rocks Lab, is now being used at Selfridges. The biodegradable packaging's adoption is part of the department store's wider efforts to eliminate single-use plastic bottles from it's shelves, and reducing overall plastic pollution.

Skipping Rocks Lab is an innovative sustainable packaging start-up based in London. We are pioneering the use of natural materials extracted from plants and seaweed, to create packaging with low environmental impact. The company was supported initially by Imperial Create Lab and is now a tenant at the Imperial White City Incubator.
